Dear Mr. Gibbs,

We just have to write in order to tell you that we are so impressed with the service you provide.

We have had the pleasure of meeting and having consultations with all of the ‘Gibbs brothers’ – that is Martin, Stuart & Gareth.

All of you explain everything so clearly, have time for us, and most of all are kind and compassionate. For us, the most important element is that we have total FAITH in all of you and that is not something which we say lightly. Having moved around a lot, we have experienced many opticians and we can tell you with confidence that the customer service that you provide outshines all of them. The ladies on the reception desk and George are warm and welcoming and this makes such a tremendous difference. We felt we had to write because people are so quick to complain in our moden world but we feel that people must also be aware of and receive positive feedback where it is due.

I would like to thank Spectacular Opticians for their professional approach and the ongoing support that they have given me over the last few years. I was having constant problems with my eye sight, until I received a very thorough sight test from one of their Optometrists, and now I can live and work in extreme comfort. Thanks again to all their staff, and I look forward to continuing doing business with them.

I made a last minute appointment in Newmarket on Monday the 11th October 2014 with a problem eye.

The young lady attending to me was exceptional with the time and care she took over my difficulty.

I just wanted to say a special thank you for the hour you spent looking after me.

A huge thank you to your Downham Market branch who fitted me in at very short notice today when I presented with a painful eye. Both Tesco and Specsavers refused to see me until next week once they had established I wasn’t after a ‘standard’ eye test, despite me clearly being in pain. The receptionist at Downham couldn’t have been more helpful, and the optician gave up part of his lunch break to see me. That’s what I call excellent customer service, well done.
